This specialist Saft LS17500 is a high performance 3.6v lithium thionyl chloride (Li-SOCl2) battery. It is NOT RECHARGEABLE.
These batteries provide a stable power supply for extended periods and have an extremely long shelf life due to their low self discharge rate.
Common Uses include Utility Meters, used in smart utility meters for gas, electric and water. Security Systems, PLC machines, CNC machines and robotic positioners.
