The charger is dust and water jet protected (IP65) and has the following electrical safety features: reverse polarity protection, overcharge protection, deep discharge protection and short circuit protection In addition, our intelligent charger is suitable for standby/parallel operation and can remain connected to the battery at all times. It always keeps it full, even if the battery is being charged/discharged at the same time. After connecting the battery, the charger automatically detects the voltage of the battery (6V or 12V). The LED indicator flashes green during charging and is solid green when the battery is fully charged. 160cm 3-pin mains cable and 160cm charging cable help reach those more awkward mains sockets. Fully automatic, intelligent 5-stage charging

1. Battery test: After selecting the charging mode, the charger checks the status of the battery.

2. Desulfation: By pulsing current and voltage, the sulfate is released from the lead plates of the battery in order to restore the maximum battery capacity.

3. Main charge: Constant current charge with the maximum charging current.

4. Voltage check: Battery charge level check.

5. Trickle charge: If necessary, a pulse trickle charge takes place, which prevents the battery from discharging.
