The power banks also have an auto cut-off function if a cable was plugged into the input and output ports at the same time, and they come with over-temperature cut-off when you are recharging the power bank itself.

It is not advised to charge your device and your power bank at the same time. This means your power bank is charging and discharging simultaneously, which can affect the battery health in both devices.

When you are recharging your power bank or using it to charge your device, consider charging or discharging between 20-80%. This could help to prolong the battery life.
