Saft LS14250 3.6V Li-SOCl2 Battery LS 14250 Lithium 1/2AA Size

Saft LS14250 batteries are created using a different type of chemistry, known as lithium thionyl chloride (Li-SOCI2). This chemistry perfectly suits high-energy and high-voltage requirements. These batteries are 1/2AA size batteries, and have a nominal voltage of 3.6V. The voltage is stable for most of the battery’s life, which makes it an ideal choice for professional electronics. LS14250 batteries have a low self-discharge rate for extended shelf life, and can operate effectively at extreme temperatures, between -60°C and 80°C.

This version of Saft LS14250 battery is the plain cell, and does not have axial wires, solder tags or PCB pins. These Saft LS14500 batteries are Made in France and have the silver collar around the positive top. Saft batteries produced in China have a green washer around the positive top.
